Equity sent their representative last week Tuesday to do an annual inspection of the house and property. Let me start by saying that the representative was very conscientious, because on Friday when she was first set up to come over, the representative wasn't feeling well and rather than share what they had they rescheduled for a later date after the upcoming Holiday. When the inspector came over on Tuesday she conducted herself politely and professionally. She examined several areas of the house to see if there was anything that needed maintenance or repair. She examined all the plumbing fixtures above and under the cabinets both inside and outside the house, tested all the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and checked out the water heater. She also took several pictures of the house inside and outside to examine later. She also was careful not to be intrusive of any of our personnel property or furnishings. The inspection went well and we invited her back any time she might need to come over and update or inspect the house.
