I’ve been renting through Equity Group for almost a year now. I’ve never gone through an agency and I had my hesitations at first. They have been a great first experience so far. It took almost a month for us to find a place through them, but in the end we love the house and neighborhood we’re in. They’re very quick about any maintenance issues that arise, and we have no complaints about them or their service whatsoever. Would recommend to family or friends looking to rent through an agency.
